This Landmark tower was designed to spearhead the Shenzhen development toward Hong Kong. The development was a combination of elements, An open podium, responding to the human scale and framing a landscaped park crossing the development until the sea and a set of 3 connected towers watching the 3 directions of the delta. Flexibility of use and connectivity is a main theme in this project, trying to make the verticality smarter and richer. Through a modular gradation of translucent glasses, this tower become increasingly solid as it reaches its higher levels.
