My involvement in the establishing of a Hub for YTPO in the Shanghai started from the strategic studies of their existing network and potential expansions to the confirmation of the site as the key hub for their national and international operations to the design of the general masterplan and architecture based on the process and machinery of an air-cargo based express sortation center. The strategy, the system and the architecture ultimately become one and the same.
